Lemon Basil Moscow Mule
A fresh and herby Moscow Mule variation with a nicely balanced flavor of sweet and tart! The perfect drink for a late summer afternoons and mild evenings in the garden.

- 1/2 cup 125 ml vodka
- 1 can 330 ml non-alcoholic ginger beer
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 handful about 10 basil leaves
- sliced lemon and sliced fresh ginger
- ice
Chop or pick the basil leaves to pieces and give half of them into each glass
Add the ice, sliced ginger and sliced lemon
Add the voska and lemon juice and stir through
Top up with the ginger beer and stir lightly until combined
