Banana Egg Bake

Only 5 min and one bowl are required to make this delicious and filling breakfast. Paleo and even Whole30 approved!

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/3 cup non dairy milk
  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 eggs


  • Mash the banana with a fork
  • Add the cinnamon and incorporate
  • Add the milk now and mix ingredients until well blend
  • Add the eggs and incorporate into the banana mash. It's important to really blend everything together or you will have little egg white pieces in your egg bake
  • Now microwave your dough for 3-4 minutes until firmed up
