Ingredients

INGREDIENTS

    For the basic Avocado Toast

    • 3 slices of bread my favorite is onion/rye bread
    • 1 ripe Avocado
    • sea salt and pepper to taste

    For the Toppings

    • 1 large egg
    • feta cheese
    • cocktail tomatos
    • crema di balsamico to drizzle
    • chickpeas
    • 1/2 handful rocket
    • lime juice
    • 1 spring onion

    Instructions

      Preperations

      • Fry, cook or poach an egg
      • Dice the domatos, chop the rocket and cut up the spring onion

      For the basic Avocado Toast

      • Toast the bread and let cool slightly
      • Spread 1/3 of the Avocado on each slice
      • Add salt and pepper to taste

      Top it up

      • On the first slice layer crumbled feta cheese and tomatos and drizzle with crema di balsamico
      • On the second slice layer the chopped rocket and chickpeas and drizzle with lime juice
      • On the thirs slice carefully place your egg
      • Sprinkle all slices with spring onion
