Strange but good Spring Recipes

April 4, 2015 by Juli Leave a Comment

First of all: Happy Easter Holidays!!!!! I hope you enjoy the holidays as much as I do!

easter

The last weeks have been intense and my cooking, recipe creating, recipe testing and recipe shooting have been on the bottom of my list of need-to-dos! The weather has been a reflection of my mood and now I am fed up with everything! I hate that it’s still kinda winter and I hate how little time I have for myself and own priorities. And so today I put my foot to the ground and decided that

a) I’ll give a fuck and do it my way now and that

b) it’s spring now and if mother nature isn’t on my side I’ll bring spring at least to my kitchen!

And since time is short I rummaged through my blog archives and brought out my favorite #strangebutgood spring recipes from last year!

Lemon & Garlic Asparagus Foccacia

I am so jealous! I would love to say it’s getting hot here. Light and healthy that’s exactly what I am craving right now πŸ™‚

I know why! Because of the yeast monster πŸ˜‰ If it wasn’t going stale I would totally make you some and sent it over to you.
