Hello Thursday! Finally. On Wednesday I really thought it was already Thursday. Can you imagine my despair when I realized it was only Wednesday? This week was packed with tasks and important negotiations so now I have enough on my mind to explode. Thanks to lovely Amanda for hosting our ramblings 🙂
At the moment I am in a little rut. With being first on vacation and then being put off by a nasty flu it’s been a long time without Crossfit. Then I started again but it felt ridiculously difficult. I was still a bit weaker from being sick and everything was so hard. I decreased my Crossfit time to twice a week and I am constantly in a state of muscle ache. Everything feels wrong. So this time instead of burying my head in the sand I try to actively handle the situation. I’ll get a new perspective by starting the weightlifting program at Crossfit today. I am so excited. I wanted to try this for ages but never felt good enough. But today I decided to forget all my insecurities and plunge in at the deep end.
And it’s highest time to inaugurate my new Lifting Shoes 🙂
I am so deadly tired today. I slept for 8h that night but woke up like I never slept at all. 3 cups of coffees later I am still totally deadbeat. And as a plus it never went properly bright outside today. And I love sleep! Did you know that cats spend 66% of their life asleep? I definitely long to be a cat in my next life!
Last weekend we booked out London trip in May. I really can’t believe we’re going back so soon. Though it will be great to finally go with my sister. When we lived in London she couldn’t come visite as she had knee surgery and literally only wobbled from A to B.

At the moment Lately
For quite a while now my favorite food is Burger. I think I took this obsession a bit too far now. How many burgers a week should I have? Is 5 too much? Is 5 too little? Am I obsessed? Should I go cold turkey?
I can’t resist!!!!! Could you?
I drink coffee and I drink water and that’s it. But I am so bored of water that though I don’t approve of drinking sodas I consider buying some Fanta as I can’t bear the taste of water anymore. And no it doesn’t help when I pop some ginger, lemon, fruit or herbs in there. Have you ever been fed up by the taste of water?
Why can’t it be Friday?
