Happy Wednesday and happy WIAW! It’s already my second week doing the Whole 30 and I am hungry!!!! I feel hungry all the time and I enjoy it quite a bit! Physical hunger feels great after way too much time without any hunger signs at all. Of course I am trying to nourish myself properly during this process as undereating IS a dangerous trap you need to take serious. I’ve been there and I have no intentions to coming back 😛
In a few minutes I will head over to the main campus to seeing my boss and talking about if there will be a new project aka new contract next year and if so under which conditions. It goes down to the wire!
So but now let’s talk food.
I started my day with a TIT BAKE at home. Again Whole30 friendly made with coconut milk. As I had some leftover berries that needed to go I topped the tit bake with a neat little berries tower. I love beautiful dishes <3 Then I headed for the Crossfit Gym!
Crossfit was intense and first and foremost sweaty. For the better part we did Russian Twists with kettlebells and a lot of squatting and rowing. Today my legs are so sore that I had a hard time with the stairs in our apartment. When I arrived at the office I first had lunch. Zucchini Noodles with Bolognese. I missed the parmesan a bit but I was starving and it was hot and yummy and I made it through the portion in approximately three bites 😉
As a dessert I had an unpictured banana and some nuts.
I was preparing my evening workshop all afternoon and squeezed in some time for a few peaches and another banana with almond butter. The banana was huge and all the fruits came directly out of the fridge. So lovely.
My workshop went smooth and easy and we left the office at 9pm. At that time I was beyond hungry but hadn’t left anything edible in my office. So I had to wait until home. First thin I swallowed some unpictured nuts and another peach whilst Stefan prepared dinner. Cantaloupe and parma ham. One of my favorite summer dinners <3
Okay guys, now I am doing crazy crazy business. 12 days of work until my holiday…… but who’s counting???
