Healthy Sweet & Spicy Cream Cheese Sandwich

A healthy sweet and spicy sandwich that takes only 4 ingredients and 2 minutes to prepare. It is the perfect lunch for a roadtrip or anytime when you need something healtyh fast!

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 T cream cheese plain or seasoned
  • rocket leaves
  • 2 ripe figs
  • salt and pepper optional
  • hot mustard optional


  • Spread the cream cheese evenly on two slices of bread
  • Add the rocket leaves and top with the figs
  • Add a little salt and pepper
  • Top each with another slice of bread


If you have no salt and pepper at hand I'd go for any kind of seasond cream cheese. We had a one with onions for example that added a really nice touch!
If you feel a bit fancy hot mustard takes this sandwich to the next level.
