Chocolate Mocha Cheesecake Smoothie

A breakfast or snack approved healthy smoothie that has a cheesecakey taste and texture and is chock-full of chocolate and protein without adding any supplements!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 large ripe banana frozen
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 3 T cocoa powder
  • 1 T agave syrup
  • 1/2 cup milk - I use almond or macadamia nut milk
  • 1 strong double shot espresso

Instructions

  • Give all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and mix until creamy and fluffy

Notes

For the best texture result I recommend to blend for at least 2 min
I used extra dark and regular cocoa powder. Both works fine but make sure to use a really strong tasting espresso when choosing extra dark cocoa powder
