Creamy Coconut Maple Oats with Berries

A great and quick recipe for creamy oats when you forgot to set up some overnight oats. The recipe is very filling and satisfies breakfast food cravings nicely but is also a nice afternoon/ pre-workout snack

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup boiled water
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 2 tsp maple syrup or more if you love to have sweeter oats
  • 1/2 cup plain yoghurt I use soy but any other yoghurt will do
  • berries


  • In a bowl mix together the oats and shredded coconut
  • Now add the boiling water, stirr a little and set aside for 5-7 minutes
  • When the oats have soaked up all the water add the maple syrup and yoghurt
  • Blend everything well together and top with berries
  • Enjoy
