Give the prunes, salt and spices into a food processor and pulse
Now add the melted coconut oil and agave syrup and pulse again until you have a smooth paste
Add the eggs and beat lightly until well combined
Now add the coconut and almond flour and beat again lightly until all ingredients are well combines
Now form little balls out of the dough. I discovered that the best way it to wet your hands and knead a dough roll and then cut into pieces. Now roll between your hands and place on a lined baking tray. Press lightly with the palm of your hand and garnish with a whole hazelnut.
Now bake in the oven at 180°C for approx. 12 minutes or until dry and lightly brown.
Let cool and store in an air-tight container up to one week.
