Health-Boosting Antioxidants Smoothie

A creamy and sweet smoothie that is chock-full of vitamins, magnesium, potassium, omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants. It's perfect for breakfast or as a snack and offers a nice little extra health-boost!

Ingredients

  • 1 large overripe banana frozen
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 3 dates
  • 1 T flaxpowder
  • 1 T almond butter
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp antioxidant powder I used a mix of ground matcha, rosehip, hibiscus & chokeberry

Instructions

  • Give everything in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth

Notes

For extra nutrition and sweetness use a really overripe banana
