Marinara Gnocchi with Mozzarella
A creamy and gooey gnocchi dish that is full of Italian flavors and fits the bill of healthy comfort food perfectly. Make this recipe in only one pan and under 15 minutes plus oven time!

- 500 g Gnocchi
- 2 cups cocktail tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 3 cloves of garlic chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 T oregano
- 1 T thyme
- 250 g buffallo mozzarella
- parsley or basil to garnish
Preheat the oven to 350° F (180° C)
Chop your onions into desired shape
In an ironcast skillet heat the oilve oil and soften the onions on low heat
Add the garlic, herbs and tomato sauce and stir well
Give the gnocchi and tomatoes to the skillet and cover with sauce, now add the mozzarella
Transfer to the oven and bake for 10 minutes or until the gnocchis have soften up and the cheese is completely melted
Garnish with parsley or basil
