What I ate Wednesday #68 – Sunday Funday

December 24, 2014 by Juli Leave a Comment

This is going to be short and sweet today. First of all:

I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and I hope you all find some time to spend with your beloved ones!

Today I am going to show you my last Saturday. I made it through the day with taking pictures of all the food and as a plus it was all so so yummy!

Breakfast

If you follow me on Instagram you might find my breakfast familiar. And because it was oh so good we had it on repeat that last Sunday. A cheesy pretzle baguette with mayonnaise, egg and bacon. I am in love <3

Lunch

To be honest I spend the entire morning on the sofa watching TV with Stefan. Around noon he had to leave and I made me a red velvet pancake tower with eggnog frosting. The better part of my afternoon was spend posting my Homemade Bailey’s recipe. Later I went to Crossfit.

Dinner

When I came home I was bushed and also glad that I had leftovers from Saturday. So we had leftover enchilada filling with sweetpotato chips and guacamole. I just so love “Mexican Food” 😉

And a s a dessert we shared half of my Kit Kat Chocolate Santa. Isn’t a Kit Kat Santa just the best Santa you can get?

My Sunday definitely was a funday! Now I am going to celebrat Christmas with frrieds and family. As always many thanks to  Jenn for hosting the food fun!

I guess mine, too. I could eat everything of this all the time. The breakfast is one of my favorites of last year. For this breakfast only I could never give up bread!
