Happy Wednesday and happy WIAW! I am a bit fidgety today. I have a ton of stuff to do and I am bursting with motivation. I got out my former former laptop with a special data analysis program on it and it still works 🙂 So I am able to pack my stuff and move over to my favorite Starbucks in Munich for work today. Yay! Starbucks always motivates me so much! But first let’s talk about yesterday. A perfect day of food in my book with a really nice Crossfit session in the morning 🙂 But I am again ahead of myself.
My morning started with a tit bake – oh I really have to stop calling my Banana Egg Bake a tit bake – with some shredded coconut sprinkled on top. Today it didn’t look very yummy but it tasted great. Hey, that counts in the end, doesn’t it?
I brought Stefan to his workplace and then I went to the Crossfit Gym. I was early so I sat there in the sun and checked some work related mails. Then it was time to start and man I can tell you that I already died! The WOD consisted of 4 sets, one set consisting of three rounds of 12 double-unders, 9 box jumps, 3 burpees. I never breathed so hard in my life. And as a little extra I was the fastest 🙂 Even faster than a professional ice hockey player. Okay he’s a bit out of shape but hey, I am okay with that 🙂
After a long ans cold much-needed shower I was back in the office and immediately attacked my lunch. Exactly what I needed to get my energy levels back up. I had some BBQ leftovers consisting of Turkey Breast, grilled Bell Pepper and Hummus. Absolutely yummy!
My afternoon at work was quite hectic and it was smokin’ hot in my office. I should address a petition to install some showers in our building! Then right before my 4pm workshop I had some peaches and blueberries. Have I ever mentioned how much I adore peaches and blueberries? I could live of them! Seriously!
The workshop went great and I left the office short after 6pm. The weather was still pretty hot and I was happy to find a chilled coconut water in the fridge which I imbibed on our way home.
For dinner we used up the last BBQ leftovers in form of a wrap. Hummus, lettuce, bell pepper and turkey breast on a corn flour tortilla. Great but not really satisfying. So we hit the road again and got us some fantastic ice cream from our favorite local ice cream shop. I had Dark Chocolate and Mozart, a combination of chocolate, marzipan, nougat and pistachio. The perfect dessert!
We watched the final two episodes of Dexter (it’s oveeeeer!!!! Noooooooooooo) and shortly after I went to bed.
