I hope you all had a fantastic weekend so far! My weekend was actually quite nice and relaxing but I had a very unfortunate Thursday afternoon and Friday. I suffered from food poisoning! It was horrible! And though I had scheduled a lovely smoothie recipe for Friday I couldn’t bring myself to talk about food. I felt so bad that didn’t eat anything besides lightly buttered toast and plain oatmeal. Luckily it’s over now and I can have all the breakfast foods I want again!
Thanks Arman for giving us all the opportunity to get overexited about our favorite meal of the day! It’s breakfast time lovelies, let’s get down to business!
1. What is your classic go to breakfast of choice?
I often go through phases. For a long time I didn’t eat breakfast at all but when I started to introduce breakfast back to my food routine I could never go back! First I had a really bad oatmeal phase.
Then when the summer came my oatmeal was replaced through green smoothies.
After the green smoothies came yoghurt bowls,
and protein smoothies.
Now I try to mix it a little to prevent getting bored. I can’t say which breakfast is my favorite because I truely love them all!
2. Favourite sweet style breakfast?
Besides the aforementioned I love French Toast and Granola of all flavors mixed with yoghurt and berries. Oh my god – now I want them all!
3. Favourite savoury style breakfast?
I am not a savoury breakfast type. Very rarely I eat bread with cream cheese and a drippy egg. Or when I have breakfast at a restaurant I can look like this one I enjoyed in Vienna but usually breakfast is my sweet meal.

5. Strangest breakfast you’ve ever eaten?
Cold Pizza, cold Chili con Carne, cold Thai Curry! Though the only strange thing about them is that they are all savoury 😉
6. Do you have a typical breakfast routine?
I usually get up in the morning prepare breakfast, go to work and then enjoy whatever I packed along with a second cup of coffee and some blog reading. However stressful the day is going to be I always make sure to have a work-free breakfast break to properly start my day.
On weekends I have no routine and just eat what I crave whenever I need anything.
