it’s already/only Wednesday however you see it. To me today I am going with only! I am so damn tired! I feel like I don’t wake up properly anymore. My head feels disconnected from my body. My thoughts are no longer anything near coherent and I am not sure that the things I am saying/doing at work make any sense at all. I desperately need some time off. I’m not speaking of 2 days or anything alike I am speaking of weeks. Weeks were nothing happens but me doing whatever I want to do. Well in the near future that won’t happen. Yet there’s a spark of hope as according-to my personnel officer I have 43 unused holidays which I have to take in 2014. 19 are set for our USA trip but that still makes 24 days left. So after speaking to my colleague yesterday we agreed it would be best for me and the project to take off another three weeks in July. That would make a total of 7 weeks off work in the middle of the year! Now I only have to convince my boss – aka the holiday Grinch – to give me that time off. If that really happens I would cry! But I’m not convinced at all!
But after dreaming me away it’s still Wednesday and that means another option to force some serious food envy. Stefan told me yesterday that some of his colleagues ask on a daily basis whether he was up for sharing his lunch or at least could make me doing lunches for all his co-workers 😀
Well there is a NO from my side. I am already spending too many late and early hours in the kitchen. But I feel honoured anyways 😉 So for todays WIAW I am breaking with my habit of showing you a specific day of food but I am showing you some yummy meals I enjoyed lately.
Okay this was a lot of food this week and I enjoyed every single bite.Summing all the things up I can’t decide what I like best. Breakfast, lunch or dinner? I don’t know!
