Chocolate Chia Pudding

March 21, 2014 by Juli 6 Comments

Hello lovlies,

just a quick one today as I’m going to attend a conference at our University in a about 2 h.

I can already smell the flavor of the weekend but unfortunately this is a delusion as this is a two day conference starting today! BUMMER! Who the hell plans in a Saturday???

I’ve packed a lot of yummy food to make it through the day. Conference food ALWAYS makes me nauseous. As does canteen food. So I better prepare some foodie goodies. For example my yummy Chocolate Chia Pudding

Chocolate Chia Pudding

snackIngredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I use plant based sun warrior)
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice (I use unsweetened soy milk)
  • 3/4 cup of water

Directions

This is the only negative point. You need some time! Just blend all the ingredients together untill well combined and place in the fridge overnight. The next morning you’ll have a perfectly smooth and chocolaty pudding. Just dig in and enjoy!

I’m off now. Socializing and coffee sipping. I’m in, what can I say?

Tonight we’re going to celebrate my friend Madeleine’s birthday at a Bavarian-Irish Pub. Weirdest combo ever! I’m still excited. Today’s officially cheat burger and fries evening! Can’t wait for it 😉

Have a great Friday lovelies! Hope your weekend starts tonight 😀

    Starting now!

Thanks so much for this- I’m actually going to try and find some chia seeds (which I’m not a huge fan of) to try and make this- it would be an amazing snack!

Oh lucky you! Right now i am siting in my office waiting for a colleague to finish an email and thn we have to go back to the conference. Which is freaking me out by the way. Sometimes it’s unbelievable how damn stupid smart people can be!
Stafan doesn#t like chia either. I can’t understand you two. They are tasteless. A bit slimey but that’s what’s so great about them!!!
