Sometimes I feel like all my Tuesdays are repeating themselves constantly. Like in the movie Groundhog Day. It’s always the same! I even feel that my Tuesdays are the most predictable days of the week. That’s boring! Don’t you agree? Therefore I am going to switch my next week’s WIAW post up by showing you a different day of the week. Maybe Thursday? But for this week I have to go with the Tuesday as it’s already too late…

I got up pretty early as we wanted to leave around 6.30 am. Gosh was I sore from Monday’s workout at the gym! A new branch opened on Saturday which I needed to try. I just had to try all the new machines so I reckon I overdid it a little 😉 I prepared all the day’s eats and got ready for work. We shared coffee in the car. And finally finally it was a good one. The new coffee machine pays off 🙂 When I arrived at the office I microwaved my banana egg bake and made a second morning coffee for me. Yesterday I had the most fluffy and well-shaped of all egg bakes and enjoyed it immensely! Can you see how fluffy this is? Interestead in the recipe? Click here!
Somehow it didn’t keep me full for too long and I had to have my afternoon snack as a mid-morning snack. A yoghurt bowl with cacao, shredded coconut, seeds and dried fruit! Yummy! Doesn’t look very pretty but it kept me going 🙂
I had some meetings in the morning and then did some accounting. I realized that I made a mistake in my calculations which made me apply for more money than necessary. As my request for the money is already approved I can arrange two more workshops for my participants! I was very happy for my bad math skills 😉 I had a really productive morning and totally forgot to eat until 2 pm. When my stomach started to growl I had my veggie wrap with cream cheese and sriracha which was perfect 🙂
As I was so productive in the morning I had a bit of a lazy afternoon and chatted with my student assistant and read through some blogs during my coffee break! When it was time to go I first went for some food shopping at the organic supermarket. I picked up some soy milk and a chocolate life bar and veggie juice for m pre-workout snack which I enjoyed on my ride home. I dropped off my husband at his soccer club and went to my workout.
When I came home from my workout I couldn’t move anymore. Gosh I was stiff and sore. I hit the kitchen and made two huge salads for us. Mine was lettuce, carotts, tomatoes, bell pepper, olives, egg whites and guac. My husband had cheese and egg yolks instead of guac. He hates avocado! Can you believe I am married to a guy that hates guac? But actually it’s quite a good thing as there’s always plenty left for me 🙂 It didn’t take long after dinner that I passed out on the couch.
When I woke up today I couldn’t move! I haven’t been that sore in ages! But I actually like it. Soreness always gives me satisfaction! That’s gross! I like it 😉 I’m having breakfast now – breakfast yoghurt bowl – and then I am going to Munich to meet a student who offered to help me evaluating the program for work experience. Tonight I have soccer practice and I already know it will be half strength training! Oh my muscles…..
Now I am hungry! And I need coffee!
